This series of machines are designed for packing irregular granule, non-free flowing powdery and granular mixture into open mouth bags. Representative Materials are Mental, Nonmetal, Industrial Chemical, Refractory Materials, and etc.

 3. Working Principle:

Material is fed by belt feeder, and material will enter into weighing system uniformly from silo to feeding unit, the feeding speed is controlled by controlling system. Machine starts and the belt feeder starts to run, then material will be filled into bag or weighing hopper. When weight value reaches the preset value, the belt feeder will stop running. Operator takes finished bag away or put it on belt conveyor of sewing machine. The single packing is finished.
