This series of machines are designed for packing free flowing granular and blocky materials into open mouth bags. Representative Materials are Rice, Seed, Urea, Compound Fertilizer, Granulated Sugar, Rubber Granule, Feed, Fertilizer, Granulated PVC, Active Carbon, Construction Materials, Refractory Material, and etc.

3.  Working Principle:

Materials flow freely due to gravity and enter into weighing system uniformly from silo to feeding unit. Machine starts and the valve of feeding unit opens, then materials will be filled into bag or weighing hopper. When weight value reaches the preset value, the feeding unit valve closes. Operator takes finished bag away or put it on belt conveyor of sewing machine. The single packing is finished.
