DCS-FW Series: Valve Bag Packing Machine with Screw Feeder

1．Product Description:

This series of machines are designed for packing materials in powder or flake into valve bags, the advantages are low dusty and high accuracy. Representative Materials are Flour, Titanium, Alumina, Kaolin, Lime Carbonate, Bentonite, Dry Mortar, and etc.

     3．Working Principle:

Materials are fed into buffer bin from finished product hopper and agitated by homogenized system which can efficiently discharge the air contained in materials out of buffer hopper and prevent material forming bridge to make sure continuously packing process. Materials are filled into packing bag through screw controlled by frequency conversion. When filling weight reaches preset value, packing machine will stop feeding, packing bag will be manually taken off, thus single packing is finished. The weighing instrument of FW type packing machine can choose both gross and net weighing packing.
